We ship most of our pieces tracked and insured through Canada Post. We currently offer $15 flat rate shipping across Canada and the US with free shipping on all orders over $150.
Any customs and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. Any delays in shipping may be due to customs or due to busy shipping periods.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order is ready to pickup / ship, you will receive an email indicating pickup instructions or your tracking number. Please check your junk / spam folder. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer free local, contactless pickup in Kelowna, BC. Once your order is ready you will be contacted with pickup instructions and the address.
Current turnaround time is approximately 2 - 3 days, during peak periods (such as Christmas time) processing can take 5 - 7 days as most pieces are made to order. We do carry some pieces in stock so feel free to email us prior to ordering for estimated turnaround time.
Custom order timelines are communicated directly to customers and can vary, but are typically 5 - 7 days.
While we do want all our customers to be satisfied with their order, we do not accept returns. This is due to the nature of most of our products being made to order or custom personalized items made for each customer. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com so that we can discuss how to resolve the issue.
If there has been damage to your order or something has been made incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can discuss how to resolve the damage.
